MM One — Mughal Mahal staff communication

MM
One is a private internal app for employees of Mughal Mahal General Trading
& Contracting Company W.L.L, Kuwait. It is not available to the public.
There is no sign-up. Accounts are created by our HR team.
You
can only log in if your Civil ID is already registered in our system. Only
current, active employees have access.
The
app is used for work communication only — job coordination and official
messages from management and departments. Personal matters are not discussed on
it.

To
run the staff directory, manage branches and job roles, send official company
messages, control who can see what, and keep the system secure.
We
do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
We
do not sell your data. We share it only with colleagues and managers inside the
company according to their role, with our hosting provider, and with Kuwaiti
authorities if the law requires it.
On
servers operated by Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland.
Messages
posted in MM One channels are business records, not private conversations.
Authorised administrators can read and export them.
Access
is locked to registered Civil IDs. Data is encrypted in transit. Permissions
are role-based, and Civil ID numbers are visible only to authorised
administrators.
Your
account is deactivated immediately, your Civil ID no longer grants access, and
you are removed from the app and from all groups. This happens automatically.
You
cannot delete your own account inside the app. To request deletion, email
info@mughalmahal.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request", or
contact HR. We will delete your profile and photo, except for employment
records and work messages we must keep as company records.
This
is a workplace app for adults. We do not create accounts for anyone under 18.
